Restaurant “Aviator”

AVIATOR is a most unusual establishment of Moscow which brings its guest to the golden age of aviation, surrounds with its incomparable cosy atmosphere and fascinates with its author cuisine. The new restaurant located in the city center, in Zemlyanoy Val street near Taganskaya metro station, can easily compete with a whole entertainment complex.

 

There is also the only one existing in the world flight-simulator for the jet-fighter SU-27, one of the best fight planes of the XX century. Sitting at its wheel anyone can try to learn the basics of aircraft control as well as learn some figures of aerobatic maneuvering or participate in an air fight in the conditions close to real.

 

…Parachutes hanging above tables, an airship where the smallest aviators can come into, stylized bar counter expressing respect to the crazy ideas of the hero from the namesake film, mysterious copper details and mechanisms put in motion by steam, aviation accessories and clothing, video sequence of air survey shown on plasma screens and Zemlyanoy Val street seen through “illuminator” – all these things make your eyes run, or better say fly, in different directions!

 

The guests who approach the tables are about to appreciate our chef’s flight of imagination. The menu includes popular dishes of European cuisine.  Some positions have been “aviationally” processed which has reflected in their serving.
