Restaurant "Jourbon" is a restaurant of the European cuisine. The restaurant menu, invented and created by an experienced chef Roman Bunov, is a collection of masterpieces of author’s cuisine, as well as gastronomic hits from around the world. Please note that some of the dishes are recommended for 2-4 persons. There is also a separate children's menu and banquet suggestions.
The pride of the restaurant "Jourbon" is its Josper-oven with a "live" fire. We invite you to savor properly cooked meat and fish, accompanied with wine, enjoy their taste and unforgettable aroma.
There are three rooms with sofas and designer light in the restaurant. Soft music and dim light of floor lamps, a cup of Chinese vintage tea will make you throw away all thoughts about affairs and help you relax. One of the rooms is designed for VIP visitors. Cozy elegant meeting room is ideal for business lunches, and impeccable service will make a good impression on your business partners.
An original part of the restaurant is the floor of the hall is made of glass, through which you can see the wine cellar. From the hall with a bar a steep staircase leads down to the picturesque wine-cellar with restaurant's wine collection. In the "Jourbon" vinoteca there are more than 100 wines from France, Italy, Spain and the New World. Upon request, visitors can walk down to the wine cellar and choose wine according to their taste.
