Restaurant Lomonosov

Restaurant “Lomonosov”, which is located not far from Universitet metro station, invites you to the atmosphere of old Moscow. Come and feel yourself a real aristocrat and try delicious dishes of Russian, Ukrainian, European and Caucasian cuisines. This restaurant presents itself as a premium-class establishment, however, its prices are rather democratic. The interior of “Lomonosov” has been designed in classical style: large round-headed windows, columns, rich draping, soft armchairs and couches, massive chandeliers. Decoration color range consists of calm tones of beige, olive and brown. You can accommodate yourself in the main hall, on the balcony or on a low platform where every table with a couch can be divided from the others with the help of thick curtains converting in such a way into a separate cabin.

 

But of course, the main thing in the restaurant is its menu. In “Lomonosov” it is very wide and includes popular traditional dishes as well as author dishes from the chef. We recommend trying warm salad with rabbit liver and original dressing, butter horn with veal brains, stuffed duck or goose, beef cheeks with buckwheat porridge and mushrooms, handmade pelmeni made from black paste and stuffed with salmon and pike-perch. We also advise to order patties which are made according to old Russian recipes and literally melt in your mouth.

 

Please pay special attention to our drinks. We serve hrenovukha, kvas, several kinds of mors, kisel, delicious berry teas and berry, herbs and honey infusions of our own production.

 

From Thursday to Saturday in the evening you can listen to live music in “Lomonosov”. We sometimes organize musical events where our guests can become acquainted with different music bands and get some compliments from the establishment. At weekends it’s good to bring here the whole family and enjoy communication, relaxation and have a rest from everyday fuss and routine problems.

 

Our restaurant is a very suitable place for weddings and banquets. We can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people. Professional light, sound and video equipment as well as the dance-floor allow organizing events of different format and style. According to our customer’s preferences the managers of the restaurant provide the hall decoration, recommend suitable music bands, entertainers, florists, etc. Chamber-type banquets (up to 20 people) would be better to hold in a separate VIP-zone with a fireplace and a big plasma screen.
