Seidji

The restaurant of Japanese cuisine “Sedji” was opened in Moscow in 2004 and a year after it was put into the list among world best restaurants. This list was specially created by “Michelin” expert guide Giulio Fredi for “Robb Report” magazine. For the last few years we managed to persuade our guests that Japanese cuisine is much more diverse than the widespread small amount of popular sushi and rolls. The restaurant of Japanese cuisine “Sedji” seek to disprove existing stereotypes about Japanese cuisine: our menu includes a lot of dishes common in Japan but little known in Russia. The menu of “Seidji” is an interesting culinary guide to the country that has granted the world with unique gastronomic culture.
