Beloye Solntse Pustyni is a restaurant specializing in Oriental cuisine and currently our menu isfeatured by dishes from Uzbek, Arab, Azeri, and Chinese cuisines. A restaurant's hallmark is akind of Oriental buffet called Dastarkhan. However, as a way of common practice, there is nothingsimple in this place at all and even the buffet plays a special role. One day it looks like a tree whichis garnished with butterflies and transparent apples, the other day lilac blossoms forth all over it, andin winter its branches are all covered with sparkling snow. This buffet consists of all kinds of Orientalappetizers, preserves, pickles, and pastries.
